This course speaks straight to the core questions we carry around, whether we say them out loud or not: What are we doing here? Does any of this really matter? And if it does, how do we find the thread that ties it all together?
Today, we feel the pressure to come up with our own personal brand of meaning. The world tells us: invent yourself, define your truth, make it all up from scratch. But that often leaves us feeling lost and unanchored. This course flips that script. It shows us that the Torah doesn’t ask us to invent meaning—it teaches us to uncover the meaning that’s already there.
This course gives us a new lens—a Torah lens—through which we can begin to see how meaning is already built into every part of our lives. Each lesson shows us how deep purpose runs through both the big and small moments of life.
Over six lessons, we explore various relevant themes—not in a way that’s philosophical or removed, but in a way that speaks directly to how we live and make decisions every day. The central message is simple and empowering: each of us has a purpose, and every moment is part of it.
We walk away from this course not just thinking differently but living differently.
This course will offer continuing education requirements for doctors, psychologists, social workers, LMFTs, and LMHC/LPCs.
