The changing area is designed as a locker room for convenience. Before entering the Mikvah pool, it's important to use one of the three showers provided. When immersing in the Mikvah, submerge your entire body at once, observing the tradition's requirements for immersion. Men do not recite a blessing when using the mikvah.
