Welcome to your home for Jewish teens: Creating leaders TODAY!
CTeen Bucks County, where everyone is family. Introducing innovative new opportunities for teens. With a fresh, meaningful, and exciting approach, CTeen Bucks County is redefining what Jewish teen programming looks like today.
Chaim and Nina Shemtov are the heart and soul of CTeen Bucks County. Together, they’ve created a community where Jewish teens can connect, lead, and celebrate their identity in a fun and meaningful way.
Chaim is known for his humor, warmth, and the way he makes every teen feel like part of the family—whether it’s over Shabbat dinner, at a late-night farbrengen, or just hanging out. Nina brings endless creativity and energy, always coming up with fresh ideas to make events exciting, inspiring, and unforgettable.
And of course, no intro is complete without their two biggest (and smallest) fans—Asher and Yaakov! As the unofficial CTeen Bucks mascots, they’re always around to add smiles, high-fives, and plenty of cuteness to the mix.
For us, CTeen is more than a program—it’s a community, a movement, and a home.
“This community has been more than just a group of teens gathering from time to time. Through caring leadership and unique first-hand Jewish experiences, I was enabled to connect with other Jewish teens and my religion in a diverse way”

“I joined my junior year of high school and I wish I had joined the Bucks County family earlier. It was here that I met some of my best friends, grew closer to my religion, and created experiences that will last a lifetime. I look through my camera roll every so often and wish I could relive some of these memories because they truly helped me to be the person I am today.”
