Aleph Bet Hebrew School

Aleph Bet seeks to create a stimulating and enriching educational environment for each and every child. The school is devoted to helping children learn socialization skills, building their self-confidence and teaching them the preliminary skills to explore and experience the world independently from their parents. Our goal is to provide children with the early foundation and framework to prepare them for the transition to elementary school. AURA Women's Division

Jewish women have always had a unique role to play in fostering community. As individuals, we each have something unique to contribute to our community.  Through a deeper understanding of our unique Jewish women’s spirituality, we are able to meaningfully contribute to our Jewish community while bringing warmth and inspiration to our own daily lives in our homes and families.  At the AURA JEWISH WOMEN’S LEAGUE we are dedicated to sharing and exploring our Jewishness, while fostering friendship and community growth. The SHUL

Once upon a time there was a 'shul': An informal place where every Jew was able to walk in and feel comfortable to worship unburdened by any outside issues. The only “strings attached” were those on the talit. The warmth of feeling compensated for the informality of the structure. We have recreated that feeling for community worship in a profound way. Why would a close-knit group of Jews from many walks of life choose to worship in this type of setting? Imagine being granted the freedom to shed whatever label has been attached to the way you practice your religion. Those who  attend our services, descend from a myriad of Jewish backgrounds. They observe Judaism ina multitude of ways, and navigate their individual spiritual pathways at assorted RPMs. Hereyou are welcomed, in fact encouraged, to ask questions and seek your own truths, and here you are implored to be as nonjudgmental of your neighbor as he or she is of you. CLICK HERE >>  

Gan Izzy Youth Programming

At Camp Gan Israel, which has affectionately become known as GAN IZZY, Jewish boys and girls can have their school breaks transformed into a fun and exciting Jewish day camp experience. Parents can feel secure in knowing that their children’s vacation will be spent in a safe and caring environment. Theme weeks. Activities. Great trips and camp shows. Swimming and sports instruction. These are all part of the fun-filled days at Camp Gan Izzy.

We all know Judaism can be explored and experienced in two places: home or synagogue. But how about a space less formal than the synagogue and a bit more structured than the home, a place where Jews who want to just hang out with other Jews without having to attend a special service? A place where Jews of all affiliations and synagogues can drop their titles and just explore as members of the Jewish community. A location for Jewish children, teens, adults and families to experience non-synagogue related activities. Our Library Café will become the spiritual “third space” for the exploring Jewish soul.

Jewish Learning Academy

Education has always been a hallmark of Jewish life.  Traditionally, the pursuit of learning in Judaism continues to take place well beyond the age when mandatory formal schooling has been completed. This is why the Jewish Learning Academy was founded...to offer inquisitive adults the opportunity to make learning a lifelong venture and an integral part of their value system both at home and in the classroom. Regardless of your religious affiliation, past experience, or current viewpoints, we invite you to join a rapidly growing number of Jewish adults who have found a welcoming and comfortable place to stretch their brains, speak their minds, and gain a deeper understanding of their Jewish souls.

Friendship Circle

THE FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE reaches out and extends a helping hand to children with special needs and involves them in a full range of social experiences. The Circle’s unique formula introduces teenage volunteers to the children and through shared experiences enriches the lives of both. If you have a child with special needs, this program will offer them a feeling of belonging and value within the framework of the larger community. If you have a teenage child, this is the perfect opportunity for them to make a real difference in the lives of very special children.
