What is EITC?
The Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (PA EITC) program allows businesses and individuals to earn a tax credit of up to 90% toward their Pennsylvania taxes which then allows them to make a donation to an Educational Improvement Organization. Lubavitch of Bucks County has become an approved EIO organization and is eligible to receive PA EITC contributions.
EITC contributions to Lubavitch of Bucks County will help support the educational programming for our youth and children with special needs.
How Does it Work?
Who can give? Any Pennsylvania business or individual with a PA state tax liability. To confirm your eligibility to participate in the PA EITC program, contact your accountant or tax advisor.
Where does it go? Contributions directed to Lubavitch of Bucks County support the Teen and Friendship circle programming of Lubavitch of Bucks County.
What’s the benefit? 90% PA state tax credit for every dollar contributed. The remaining 10% may qualify for federal charitable tax deductions (Lubavitch of Bucks County is a registered 501(c)(3)).

Individuals and businesses who meet certain eligibility requirements can apply directly to the state.
Make EITC contributions through a Special Purpose Entities (SPE). We have contacted Friends of Education, a registered SPE, to manage our EITC process and simplify the process for our donors.
