The LBC Kitchen Campaign

  • Dear Friends,

Our kitchen is so much more than just a space in our center to cook. It is an important hub of our community - a place where generosity, tradition, and learning come together to nourish both body and soul. Throughout the year, it serves as the foundation for countless programs, including the TMC meals for those in need, Kids in the Kitchen, community dinners & celebrations, and the Camp Gan Izzy summer lunch program for children. It is where children discover the joy of baking, where families gather over community meals, and where cherished traditions like Hamantash Bakes and Challa Bakes continue to thrive. However, as our programs expand and serve more people, our current kitchen is struggling to keep up with the growing demand.

A new, state-of-the-art kitchen would allow us to reach even more people, improve efficiency, and enhance the experience for everyone involved. With better facilities, we can accommodate more volunteers, provide enhanced learning opportunities, and streamline meal preparation for those who rely on us. The impact of this upgrade will be felt across every program we offer, ensuring that we continue to serve our community with excellence and care. We invite you to be part of this transformative effort - your support will help us feed, educate, and uplift countless individuals for years to come.

Please consider joining us in making this vision a reality. If you’d like to contribute or learn more, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your support!

    Thanks for your consideration.
