Overheard @ the Center |
"I was never the kind of person who took my Jewish heritage seriously, although my family did. I just thought of Hebrew school as another activity and when my mom gave me the chose of being a part of BMC I thought it would just add to my list of things to do. I didn't think that I would be so touched with my whole experience. I was sure I wouldn't make a lot of friends since I am one of the youngest in the group. But surely I was, Wow"

Trusting in the One Above doesn't mean waiting for miracles.
It means having confidence in what you are doing right now —because you know He has put you on the right path and will fill whatever you do with divine energy and blessing from on high.

Welcome
Dear Friend,
As you are enjoying your vacation and the summer is in full swing, please allow me to share with you what has been going on at Lubavitch of Bucks County since our last communication.
There has been non-stop activity all through June as each department had its year-end event. Hundreds of children and adults celebrated the conclusion of Hebrew School, Adult Education programming, Bat Mitzvah Club, etc. Pleas read our feature on the side of a young girl's feeling about the club.
But as the year end events finished, we roared right into summer with 150% enrollment increase in our Gan Izzy summer day-camp. Walk though the halls, close the office doors and your still hear the beautiful sounds of children playing, singing, dancing, etc. The building pulsates with the energy of Jewish children connecting to their heritage.
If you are in town over the next few weeks, please let me know. I would love for you to see, feel, and enjoy what is going on here. Just give me a buzz and I'll make sure to be there to greet you.
Shalom and enjoy your summer.

Friendship Circle Year End Program is a Strike!
This year we decided to do something we haven't done for a few years. To end off an outstanding successful Friendship Circle year we had a Teen/Buddy Bowling party. Tears could just gush as you watch the buddies and teens say good bye for
& the summer, only hoping that summer would go by quickly so that their visits can resumes.
What a few years ago was a few lanes at a local bowling alley, this year we took up almost half the Brunswick Zone lanes in Feasterville.
There's so much buzz about this coming year's program that we are eagerly awaiting to see those smiles once again as children welcome their friends.
