Simcha Bart for chabad.org October 20, 2024
in response to Jill Hurwitz:

One may not text on the first two days of Sukkot, as well as on Shabbat. During the intermediate days of Sukkot, after Shabbat one may text, as well a ones use other electronics. One may not text as well in the final days known as Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah. Reply
